Refund Policy

If your order arrives with you damaged or broken, Rosie Victor Ceramics will offer you either a full refund, or a replacement product. If the replacement product is in stock, then it will be sent out to you within 3-5 business days. However if the product has to be made again, please refer to the specific 'made to order' time frames of a piece (usually 4-6 weeks).

 

For any undamaged product that you wish to return, please contact me via rosievictorceramics@gmail.com to arrange a return within 14 working days. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, you will need to repackage your order with all original packaging that it arrived in, and ensure that the item is sufficiently padded for postage. Please reach out to Rosie if you have any doubt about appropriate packaging methods. If your item arrives back with Rosie Victor Ceramics unharmed, you will receive a full refund for the product.
